Description
An essential training for anyone tasked with an advisory role with clients. Participants will enhance their ability to prioritize clients’ interests in every situation and conversation.
Specific Objectives:
- Understand the role of the advisor, distinguishing it from that of a seller or customer service agent.
- Personal positioning regarding the advisory role.
- Recognize and address personal pitfalls and needs to prioritize the client’s interests at all times.
- Identify behaviours that may have an unintended impact.
- Adopt more suitable behaviours to prioritize clients’ interests.
- Know how to ask questions to establish a trusting relationship with clients.
- Offer solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.

Presentation, discussions, and role-playing.
